Challenge - Distressing

Michelle Single is hostess for our first Digi Design House blog challenge, which is Distressing.  We hope you'll play along - the prize for this week's challenge is Vintage Garden Labels.

My card features DDH stamp set called Western.  I've used a saying from Cowboy BBQ from The Angel Company.  Here is my distressed card.

I've used TAC's Winchester SWIC paper collection and cardstock, Ivory UltraSmooth cardstockMemento Rich Cocoa ink pad.  The coloring on all the images is done is Copic markers E33, E35, E37, E13, E15, V09, V15, V17, Y35. I colored the buckles with a Gelly Roll Clear Star pen and used Sand Beige Dauber Duo to smudge ink on the sides of the cardstock.  I used an Edge Distresser to rough up the edges of the cardstock.  Other embellishments are a twine for the rope and a brad for the hook to hang the rope.

Be sure to check out the DDH Blog to see the other fabulously distressed creations by the Dream Team and to play along. You do not have to use DDH stamps, but we'd love it if you did, and you'll get an extra entry in the prize drawing if you do.  I'd love to see what you create and distress.
