Linda Lee Hatter is one of Little Miss Muffet's Hatter series. What a sweet girl with a beautiful hat. The saying is from the LMM rubber stamp set, Hatters Combo B.
I used Labels 5 Spellbinders Nestibilities to cut out the digi image, and then matted it on blue cardstock to coordinate with the blue printed background paper and blue cardstock. I used a Scor-Buddy and Scor-Pal to make score marks above and below the saying.
The image is colored with Copic markers: V000, V04, V06, YG61, YG67, B41, B45, W1, W7, E000, E00, E01, RV11, YR21, RY12, YR23. Other supplies: Memento Tuxedo Black ink, blue ribbon, Martha Stewart scalloped edger, blue jewels.
