Our DDH Challenge this week, led by Michelle, is to create cards using handmade flowers. There are so many ways to create flowers, but one of my favorite ways is a simple scrunch method. I simply punched out flowers or scalloped circles from cream cardstock, sprayed them with a water spritzer bottle and scrunched them up. When they dry they are stiff and look like flowers. I added glitter glue to the centers and silk leaves.
The stamp set I used on my card is the DDH image Cherry Blossom Bird. The printed paper is the Emma SWIC collection from TAC, and I used some of the Emma cardstock. The images are colored with Copic markers.
