The Digi Garden Customer Challenge - Autumn Colors

The Digi Garden is having a Customer Challenge - Autumn Colors.  This cute little digi image is Girl With Pumpkin from Digi Garden.  She's a cutie!

I colored her with Copic Markers ( YR12, YR16, YR14, YR18, E11, E13, E15, E19, E00, E01, YG11, YG13, YG17, RV21) and cut her out with a Spellbinders Lacely Ovals die.  The orange back is cut with Deckle Scissors.  My printed background cardstock is from my scraps stack, and I don't know the manufacturer.  I used orange Bitty Blossoms, a paper flower, and a button to accent the card.

Thanks for taking a peek at my blog today.  Blessings to you this fall season.

National Dessert Day (Oct. 14th) - Sugar Coated Sweetness

In honor of National Dessert Day, October 14th, I created this card with my very favorite dessert - ice cream.  The stamp and sentiment are from Sugar Coated Sweetness by Red Rubber Designs.  I made this card to enter into the Copic/Promarker challenge for this week in The Outlawz Challenges.  The theme is to be Desserts and it must be colored with alcohol markers.

My card uses Copic Markers (NO, N1, N4, N7, R24, R29, R81, R83, R85, E11, E13, E21, E25, E27, E29).  I cut the ice cream cones out and popped them up over a piece of white cardstock cut with Spellbinders Labels Five die and embossed with the Cuttlebug Dotted Swiss embossing folder.  The background polka dotted brown cardstock is from some scraps I had, so I am no sure of the maker.  Then I added a pink mat for the die cut and a pink ribbon and mat for the sentiment as well.

Little Miss Muffet Halloween New Releases

Today Little Miss Muffet is releasing new stamps, and they are cute Halloween images.  I used Lil Spook for my card.  He's a cutie!  The image is colored with Copic Markers.  For the background paper, I used  a selection from the Hip Hop collection from RRD.  Green and orange Bazzil cardstock were perfect for matting and the base card.  The sentiment is a TAC saying from Delicious Fall.  Buttons and green Scrappers Floss accent the card.

Thanks for peeking at my blog.  Blessings, Paula-Kay

Filled With Blessings Basket

Here's an idea for an autumn treat basket.  I've used Filled With Blessings, a featured stamp this month with Red Rubber Designs.  The basket is made from Hip Hop Patterned cardstock.

The shirt of the scarecrow is paper pieced from a piece of the background stamp included in this set.  The image is colored with Copic Markers.

The reverse side of the basket has another image from Filled With Blessings and a sentiment.  The handles are attached with orange brads.

Copics used:  YR12, YR15, YR16, YR18, G54, G56, G99, E11, E13, E15, E19, E21, E3, E33, E35, B93, B95, B97, N1, N4, N7, Y32.

Lovely Peony Blog Hop

For our October Blog Hop, we are celebrating World Card Making Day which is October 6th.  Each of the Design Team is making a card and matching envelope using Lovely Peony.

To make a vintage look, I've used a piece of lace behind the image, pearl accents on the top and bottom of the card, and an organdy ribbon.

The Lovely Peony stamp was cut out with a SU Framlets Labels Collection and then holes were punched using the Festive Paper Piercing Pack.  The flower is colored with Copic Markers (RV10,RV21, RV23, RV25, RV29, YG11, YG13, YG17, YR23, YR24, Y06, Y38, C0, W4)Other supplies are green cardstock, cream cardstock, and Bazzill  Juneberry cardstock.
