Mabelle RO Valentines

Today I am featuring several Valentines I made with Mabelle RO images.  This sweet girl is  a digi image called Zoe's Heart.  It makes a perfect Valentine for a friend.  I used Spellbinders Big Scalloped Ovals and Latice Rectangles and then accented the card with a pink bow.  The girl is colored with Copic Markers.

The next card is made with a rubber stamp set by Mabelle called Friends.  By using Valentine paper and heart shaped jewels, it makes a nice Valentine card also.  I used the Spellbinders Classic Scalloped Circles die cuts and colored with Copic Markers.

The third card is another digi image from Mabelle called Girl with Kitty.  I used a Cuttlebug heart impressabilities folder for the background cardstock to make this Valentine. It also is colored with Copic Markers and has a pink bow for an embellishment.

Thanks for looking.  I'll be posting more Valentines this week.

Blessings to you!

River Glorious

I've entered this card in the Clearly Inspired Challenge #44 (CIC44). The digi image is from Clear Dollar Stamps, called River Glorious. I love the peacefulness of the river. The saying stamp is from the Porch set from Our Daily Bread.

My card is colored with Copic Markers.  The design is simple, with only a bow added in the corner for accent.  The colors are pastel and serene.

If you have a pastel card you would like to enter in this challenge, you have until February 4th to enter.  Random prizes are being given away.  Join me.

Anything Goes

Anything Goes is the Our Daily Bread Challenge that I am entering with this card.  The stamp set is Quiet Waters by ODB Stamps.

I like the peaceful stillness of the scene, obviously winter.  I colored the image with Copic markers and added some stick-on bling for embellishment.

My wish for you is a peaceful New Year in the presence of the Lord, as you grow in Him.

Blessings,
Paula-Kay

Christmas Day

Merry Christmas!  Here is an older vintage collage stamp from The Angel Company called Christmas Candle.  It is my wish to you for a blessed Christmas Day.  May it be a day of worship to our Savior and love with family and friends.

Christmas

Merry Christmas!  This is the most wonderful season of the year - lots of celebrating and festivities.  Hopefully we will all keep foremost in our minds the reason we are rejoicing - to remember and be thankful for the birth of our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ.

Here is one of the Christmas cards I made this year.  It uses Joy to the World Hymn from Our Daily Bread for the background and a snowman chorus from The Angel Company, called Heart Strings.  I colored with Copic markers and inked the background.

Another sweet stamp from The Angel Company is Twinkle in the Eye.  I like the vintage look for this collage stamp.  This too is colored with Copic markers.

I made a lot of different Christmas cards this year, and I may post a few more in this week before Christmas.  Blessings to you and your family.

Thanksgiving Sweeties

As I prepare for Thanksgiving and am thinking of all the blessings I have received, I want to share with you a few of the Thanksgiving cards I created.

This first card is called Thanksgiving Sweeties from The Angel Company.  I submitted this card, and the next one, for catalog entries for the 2011-2012 catalog.  This card did appear in the catalog, but the second one did not make it.

I love these little pilgrims.  They truly are little sweeties.  I used the Winchester cardstock collection from TAC for the card and colored the images with Copic markers and then accented the card with buttons..

The second card is another image from Thanksgiving Sweeties.  I had fun experimenting to get the skin colors for the little Indian.  I used the Spellbinders Labels 5 die for the image and a tag from the Winchester collection for the saying.

The third card I am sharing is from Stampin' Up, called Always Thankful.  The Spellbinders die is Labels 20.  Again I colored it with Copic markers.  The cardstock is from TAC's Amelia collecttion.

I pray that you each have a very blessed Thanksgiving and stop to be mindful and grateful for all your blessings.
