Red Rubber Inspirational - For the Boys

Today I am submitting a card for the Red Rubber Inspirational Challenge - For the Boys.  This challenge is to do a masculine card.  My card uses two stamp sets from Red Rubber Designs.  One is Eyes to See Cling Mount Rubber Stamp set and the other is Masterpiece Cling Mount Rubber Stamp set.

To make my card, I used Rich Cocoa Memento ink and stamped the background using several of the stamps in the set on to kraft cardstock.  The main image is stamped on white cardstock and colored with Copic markers.  I also sponged ink around the edges of the image and popped it up on the front of the card.  I tied a brown twill ribbon around the card, adding a masculine touch without a bow.

This card was sent to a special friend, Pee Wee Insall, in my Bible study class, who just had his second kidney removed.  The whole class signed the card for him.

Have a blessed day!  Thanks for coming to my blog.
