It's November and we have a month of "Holidays in Winter" stamps at Red Rubber Designs. Twinkle in the Eye is our Spotlight Stamp, and you can get it for 40% off this month. I love this vintage collage stamp.
I've colored the image with Copic markers and sponged Reflection Blue Palette Ink on the background. Then I sprayed the image with Sparkle Shimmer Spray to make it glisten.
The background paper is Catelyn Patterned Cardstock. And I've used black cardstock for matting of both the stamp and the sentiment. The sentiment is from the RRD stamp set, Joy and Peace.
The white scalloped edge is cut with with a Creative Memories Scallop edger and then embossed with a Cuttlebug Snowflake Embossing Folder.

If there is no correct guess, the person who comes the closest will receive the Spotlight Stamp, Twinkle in the Eye. In case of a tie, a random draw will take place between those who tie.
